How much does it cost?

Cost for our program can vary according to how much you want to lose. The more you have to lose, the more your investment will be. Our programs are based on a system of weekly visits that are purchased in 4 week increments. Need to skip a week? No problem. As long as you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours from your scheduled appointment, you don’t lose a penny. Please contact us today for current client pricing.

Do I need to have a gym membership?

No gym membership is required. Workouts can be customized to your current situation.

Do I have to take supplements?

Multi-vitamins are the only supplements required for our program.

What happens during the first appointment?

During the first appointment, your goals and limitations are assessed. An individualized program is then mapped out for you based on your goals. We will provide as much helpful personalized information as we can in one hour.

How much exercise do I have to do?

Exercise is an individual component that will be explained during the consultation. Better, faster results are achieved with regular exercise. Our clients range in workouts from one to 6 days per week.

Can I still see results if I travel and have to eat out a lot?

Yes! The great thing about our program is that it is individualized. We teach people how to eat well based on what is available to them.

Do I have to take a before and after picture?

Although we don’t require pictures, we recommend taking a series of photos during your journey. It is often hard to recognize change in ourselves because it happens so gradually. Before, during and after pictures help to motivate us along the way and allow us to see the results of our hard work in the end.

How much fat can I expect to lose a week?

Weekly weight loss is very individual and can vary greatly by client. Remember, slow and steady wins the race. Healthy, maintainable weight loss is our goal. One could expect to lose anywhere from 0.5%to 0.8% body-fat loss a week.

What do I do after my program has ended?

Not only do we provide programs to reach one’s body composition goals, we also provide a monthly maintenance program to help you stay on target. You can check back in with us as frequently as you like.

What if I cannot make one of my appointments?

Please give a 24 hour notification of cancellation. This provides the Fitness Professional ample time to fill your spot. Also realize that in order for a program to run efficiently weekly manipulations need to be made to your program, so reschedule immediately.

What kind of foods will I have to eat?

We want to teach you to eat healthy for life, that means you have to eat foods you like. Our program consists of balanced, real food, tailored for your taste buds. Most people will eat a diet that is about 60% carbohydrate, 20% protein, and 20% fat. You will quickly find foods you love that can be included in your meal plan regularly. We know you’ll love what you eat on our plan.
