Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

½ C. Fat Free cottage cheese
½ C. Oats
3 egg whites
2-3 packets of Splenda,
Sugar-free syrup

Directions

Blend cottage cheese, oats, and egg whites in a blender until smooth. Cook stovetop or on a griddle at medium heat. Flip when bubbles in center begin to pop. Top with sugar-free syrup
